Natalia Aranovich, Esq. brings over 25 years of legal expertise, holding licenses to practice in more than one country and a strong foundation in business and marketing. With a comprehensive understanding of IP, business, and international law, she is well-equipped to guide the protection of ideas globally, particularly in today’s landscape, where territorial limits challenge the expansion of innovation. She began her career in Internet law and intellectual property and now specializes in the evolving intersection of IP, engineering patents, and artificial intelligence, focusing on the legal challenges AI presents to intellectual property rights and contracts.

Ms. Aranovich has contributed extensively to this field, having published papers, authored book chapters, and led seminars. Notably, she participated in two roundtables at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to discuss the implications of IP and AI. These studies, commissioned under the Biden administration’s executive order in October 2023, allowed her to share her deep insights into cultural and legal challenges, contributing to a greater understanding of IP protection in the age of AI.

Natalia holds an LL.M. in International Law and a Master’s in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from UFRGS, Brazil, and a Certificate in Business with Concentration in Marketing from UCLA Extension. She is the Founder of Aranovich Law Firm, a Professional Corporation.
