Paul Doble

With me I bring both international and domestic experiences encompassing both finance and human resources. I have been fortunate to have studied and worked in both Germany and Switzerland. My teaching philosophy is grounded in practicality while linking your existing knowledge to that being taught. Academically, I am a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) hold two Master of Arts degrees – one in educational linguistics and the other in German. My interests within HR start with global HR, HRIS, HR analytics (especially around human capital), talent assessment/management, engagement initiatives, training and development, process improvement, employee relations, compensation plan development/modeling, policy development, regulatory compliance and more.
