Sabrina Roque

Sabrina Roque is a proud UCLA graduate, class of 1988, her undergraduate degree is in Philosophy with an emphasis in Logic and Philosophy of Science. As a firm believer in the University of California educational system, she continued and did graduate studies in the Philosophy department at UC Irvine. Both in these departments and in law school Ms. Roque excelled in her studies in Ethics, ultimately receiving a Witkin Award for Excellence in Business Law Ethics. 

Sabrina Roque holds a juris doctor with a Business Law Certificate of Specialization (from Western State College of Law), and is licensed to practice law in California. She is a member of the California, Orange County and Los Angeles County Bar Associations. Ms. Roque has her general practice law office in Rolling Hills Estates.

An expert in the field of Real Estate, Sabrina Roque has practiced in this area for more than 25 years. She holds a broker's license and operates her own real estate office. For many years she owned and operated a real estate escrow division and continues to own a mortgage division, consequently she knows all aspects of a real estate transaction and business.  Ms. Roque stays current with emerging trends, technology and developments in the fields of Real Estate, Finance and Ethics. She is licensed to originates loans in California and nationally in 43 states (adopting the Uniform State Test) under the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).

Ms. Roque feels privileged to teach at her distinguished alma mater and share her vast experience with her students who are using UCLA Extension to pursue their dreams and make them an immediate reality. She teaches both theory and application in all her classes and applies modern teaching techniques to help her students engage and enjoy the learning process.
