Bio

 

Mr. Iannotti is a Senior Real Property Agent for the County of Los Angeles—Department Beaches & Harbors. In this position he manages a portfolio of 20 properties in Marina del Rey, CA. Properties include shopping centers, apartments, hotels and marinas. His duties also include report preparation, lease negotiations, inspections of real property, analysis of proposed lease terms, lease document preparation, report investigations and write-ups, financial analysis, and negotiation of lease terms.

 

Mr. Iannotti also teaches classes in Real Estate Investments and Personal Money Management at UCLA, UC Santa Barbara, UC Riverside and the University of La Verne.

 

In his private practice, Mr. Iannotti assists his clients achieve financial success through careful planning and high quality investments. He specializes in Retirement & Estate Planning and assisting his clients with purchasing real estate with their retirement plans. Some of his services include: Real Estate Management, Investment Management, Retirement Planning (group and individual pension plans), Estate Tax Planning, Risk Management (group and individual disability and health insurance), Financial Education and Fee Based Planning.
