Todd Weaver

In 1993, Todd Weaver founded Synergy Commercial Real Estate, Inc., a boutique firm specializing in investment real estate advisory. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Mr. Weaver earned his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1981. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, licensed General Contractor, Certified Property Manager (CPM), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), bringing over forty years of experience in the business. His background includes developing and repositioning more than five million square feet of commercial property and successfully completing hundreds of complex lease and sale transactions on behalf of developers, investors, financial institutions, and government agencies. Mr. Weaver is a Past President of the CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter and an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He currently serves on the faculty at UCLA Extension and UCSD, where he teaches Investment Real Estate Development and Finance. Mr. Weaver is a devout Roman Catholic and serves as a Lector Minister in his church. He and his wife Mary live in Granada Hills, California, and are the proud parents of three adult children.
