Vahick A. Yedgarian, Ph.D., MFE, MBA, CFP®, serves as the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Regency Financial Group, a Los Angeles-based, fee-only Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm. As an Independent Fiduciary Financial Advisor, Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Investment and Portfolio Manager, Wealth Manager, and accomplished lecturer, Dr. Yedgarian brings over 30 years of comprehensive expertise across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.

In his capacity as COO and CFO, Dr. Yedgarian achieved a significant milestone in international business by spearheading the transformation of an instant-cup-soup enterprise. Transitioning from private label production in the U.S. to proprietary manufacturing in Russia, he meticulously orchestrated all aspects of the project. His strategic negotiation of contracts secured the purchase and installation of manufacturing facilities, while his adept renegotiation with raw material suppliers enhanced product quality, streamlined delivery, and achieved cost efficiencies. Additionally, he implemented logistics, supply chain management, and advanced technology solutions to ensure robust operational support and business scalability.
