Venk Potula

Venk Potula is an award-winning actor and filmmaker. He produced and starred in the feature film Four Samosas, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and was acquired by IFC Films, now streaming on Hulu and Disney+. As an actor, Venk has appeared on Veep, The Comedy Get Down, Ellen, Wild ’N Out, and co-starred with Gina Rodriguez on QCODE’s hit audio drama Last Known Position. He also recently appeared in a national commercial spot for Royal Kingdom alongside Kevin Hart. His short films have screened at over 25 festivals, including Oscar-qualifying Urbanworld and the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival. A UCLA graduate with a dual MBA/MFA from Chapman University, Venk merges on-camera performance with deep expertise in directing and producing.
