Wayne P. Schulman

Wayne Schulman joined Lockheed Employment Services, Inc. in August 1993.  As Senior Vice President - General Counsel, Mr. Schulman has responsibility for management of the Legal Affairs, Human Resources and Business Technology Integration departments in providing service to the organization in litigation management, labor relations, benefits, training, organization development, compensation, talent acquisition, business process analysis and new technology assessment and vendor selection.

In the last 31 years Wayne has held various positions in education including Teaching Fellowship/Instructor at CSUN Dept of Speech Communication, guest lecturer for College of the Canyons and Instructor in the Business & Management Department of UCLA Extension and CSUN Tseng School of Extended Leaning.  In addition to Human Resources staff positions at Mission Insurance Group and American Savings & Loan; Wayne has held corporate management positions including General Manager for Search West, Inc., VP-Training & Organization Development for Security Pacific National Bank, and Human Resources Manager for Transamerica Insurance Group.

With a BA in History from UCLA and an MA in Communication Studies from CSUN, Wayne obtained a JD from the University of West Los Angeles and was admitted to practice law in California and Federal Court in December 1997 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 2003.  In addition to earning a Certificate in Leadership from the Executive Development Program at Stanford University School of Business in 1999, Mr. Schulman also earned a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation from World at Work (ACA) and is a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, International.

Wayne, a native of Los Angeles and his wife Gwen, originally from Brooklyn, live in Sherman Oaks with their two sons Howie, and Zachary.
