Zachary Golden

Zach Golden, M. Rabbinics in Ordination, was the Deputy Yiddish Editor of the Forward (Forverts) from 2022 to 2024, ordained as a rabbi at the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies in Los Angeles in 2020, and is the co-founder and executive director of Der Nister Downtown Jewish Center, a synagogue and cultural center in Downtown Los Angeles. Zach is currently a Yiddish and Hebrew teacher across Southern California. He has given sermons and lectures from Stockholm to Vladivostok, and performed as a cantorial soloist for multiple High Holiday services across the country.
