Job Summary:
The Associate Attorney will support Alpha Law Firm’s Lemon Law and Personal Injury practice by managing client matters, drafting legal documents, and assisting with litigation and settlement efforts. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a consumer-focused firm.

Daily Job Responsibilities:
Manage Lemon Law cases from intake through resolution
Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and settlement documents
Review vehicle repair records, warranties, and supporting documentation
Communicate with clients, manufacturers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
Assist with personal injury matters, including pre-litigation and litigation support
Qualifications / Competencies:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active member of the State Bar of California (or pending admission considered)
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
Client-focused mindset with professional communication skills
Salary:
$100,000 – $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience
(Plus potential performance-based bonuses)
