Oncology Aesthetics & Wellness (OAW) is seeking a polished, relationship-driven Business Development & Outreach Coordinator to help expand strategic partnerships, referral relationships, and community awareness. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare, beauty, wellness, and patient advocacy who thrives in networking, outreach, and brand growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, oncology offices, infusion centers, physicians, nurse navigators, concierge healthcare providers, and wellness partners
Conduct outreach via phone, email, social media, networking events, and in-person visits - Coordinate partnership meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications
Assist in developing referral programs and strategic growth initiatives
Represent OAW at industry events, conferences, community activations, and networking opportunities - Track outreach efforts, leads, partnerships, and conversion opportunities
- Support marketing campaigns and collaborate with the social media and leadership teams
- Identify new partnership and revenue opportunities aligned with the OAW mission
Qualifications:
- Experience in business development, outreach, sales, partnerships, or account management
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Professional, polished, and confident in both virtual and in-person settings
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and follow-ups
- Passion for healthcare, beauty, wellness, or patient-centered services
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and social media for outreach
- Preferred:
- Existing relationships within healthcare, oncology, medical aesthetics, wellness, or luxury service industries
- Experience with community engagement, nonprofit partnerships, or medical referral networks
- Background in healthcare marketing, concierge services, or patient advocacy
