Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, 30-40 hour per week, phone-based role requiring excellent communication skills, strong multitasking ability, and comfort working across multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist clients with policy questions, service requests, and general support
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously while assisting customers
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members
- Document interactions and updates in internal systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills (phone experience preferred)
- High level of computer proficiency and ability to multitask across multiple screens and platforms
- Experience working with tools such as Slack, RingCentral, Dropbox, Google Docs, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and other web-based systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish-speaking ability (a plus, but not required)
- Previous experience in insurance or a related industry is helpful but not required
