We're looking for a Design Assistant/Junior Interior Designer who thrives in a team environment and is eager to contribute, learn, and grow.

About the Role:

In this hands-on, team-driven role, you will work closely with our Principal and Junior Designer to assist in all stages of the design process. From sourcing materials and assisting with AutoCAD drawings to preparing project documentation and supporting construction administration, you will be integral to the team’s success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with the Principal and Junior Designers on design development
  • Assist in sourcing materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with project goals
  • Assist with AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and elevations
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and design presentations
  • Support project budgeting, purchasing, and vendor management
  • Attend client meetings and site visits as needed
  • Ensure all design work aligns with project timelines and design intent
  • Help maintain organized project files and design resources

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (required)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a small team
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus

  • Full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday)
