About the Role:

MPD Events is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support CEO Matt DeMiglio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing logistics, and wants hands-on experience across executive operations, event production, and social media content creation. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to executive-level decision-making while also contributing creatively to the company’s digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive + Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
  • Prioritize scheduling requests and protect focus time
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting follow-ups
  • Draft emails, notes, and internal communications
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables

Event + Logistics Support

  • Assist with event planning and on-site execution
    Coordinate logistics such as run-of-show documents, vendor communication, and timelines
  • Support travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and itineraries
  • Organize receipts, expenses, and administrative documentation

Social Media + Content Creation

  • Capture and create content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Assist in developing creative concepts and posting strategies
  • Edit short-form video content and maintain consistent brand voice
  • Support real-time content capture during events

Project + Operational Support

  • Assist with special projects, research, and presentations
  • Maintain organized systems for files, contacts, and workflows
  • Support coordination across departments including events, operations, and marketing
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications:

Required

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Professional judgment and discretion
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
  • Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working independently
  • Experience supporting an executive, team, or project lead
  • Interest in events, operations, or business administration
  • Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative

  • Reliable transportation required for office and event locations

Location: Studio City, CA (Onsite with Hybrid Flexibility Options)
Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed
