Essential duties & responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with brokers, the Workplace Strategy team and clients to develop programs and policies that support productive, occupant-focused workplace practices, including gathering data on client requirements and proposing solutions
  • Develop knowledge of workplace design, workplace technology, organizational management, change management, human resources, and the intersection(s) of these fields as drivers of successful workplace strategy
  • Create sales support materials addressing workplace strategy issues as part of client presentation pitches
  • Represent the Workplace Strategy discipline at proposal and pitch meetings with brokers to generate new business
  • Support work with existing clients – this may include maintaining or adjusting their current workplace strategies, and/or guiding change management
  • Provide current and innovative insights into workplace strategy practices. A candidate who is familiar with the design industry and key organizations for thought leadership in workplace strategy and/or design will bring learnings from these spaces into our work (experience working as a designer is not necessary)
  • Work with brokerage and Workplace Strategy team members to develop unique solutions based on these best practices, and deliver to clients

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in some aspect of Workplace Strategy, from architecture, brokerage, consulting, design or real estate.
  • Space planning experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in CAD/Revit
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Solid command of PowerPoint, Word and graphics to be able to create compelling visual and written presentations
