Junior Designer – Plaster and Patina

Project Management

• Support Designers in taking projects from start to finish
• Support Designers in taking potential clients through the Potential Client Process
• Ensuring readiness of presentation for client presentations 
• Pulling alternative options for designers 
• Provide an incredible client experience

Interact with Design Team

• Execute projects in a professional, positive and profitable manner
• Provide clear, proactive, direct, frequent communication and interface with team members
• Maintain design library of samples and resources source samples, go to PDC or run errands as needed
• Participate in and prep for installations and photoshoots
• create detailed auto cad plans of custom furniture and home projects.
• create and edit SketchUp models, as needed

Interact with Client, Vendors and Trades

• Establish and maintain positive, professional client, vendor and trade relationships
• When invited, observe and document client meetings and presentations in a positive, professional manner
• Adhere to and maintain the existing client file system in an organized manner

Other

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Be physically able to perform various installation project requirements such as lifting, standing for long periods, using a ladder, installing small artwork, styling and other physical duties
• Have reliable transportation to go to and from job sites, showrooms, meetings, etc.

MUST HAVE ABILITY TO DRAFT IN AUTOCAD, HAVE SKETCHUP EXPERIENCE AND BE ABLE TO WORK IN PERSON 5 DAYS A WEEK IN OUR PASADENA STUDIO
