Recognized as a leader in international artist management and public relations, Primo Artists represents several of the world's finest artists: violinists Itzhak Perlman, Joshua Bell, Nicola Benedetti and Randall Goosby; pianists Beatrice Rana and Seong-Jin Cho; conductors Cristian Măcelaru, James Gaffigan, Christian Reif and Gemma New; composers Valerie Coleman and Wynton Marsalis; and a growing roster of public relations clients.

We are looking for a self-motivated and collaborative team member who is undaunted by challenges in a fast-paced environment, as well as passionate and knowledgeable about classical music. This position will provide support for our Public Relations Division, including drafting of press releases and pitches, media contact research, newsletter and social media marketing, and artist website revisions. 

Pay and schedule:

  • Unpaid for the first semester, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
  • Position has the potential for growth into part-time and full-time positions.
  • 20 hours per week, virtually. Times and days flexible. Start date is flexible

Qualifications/skills needed:

  • The successful candidate must be professional, proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented, impeccable in their communication and longform writing skills, and able to multitask without guidance.

  • Mailchimp
  • Website Software (Squarespace, WIX, WordPress, etc.)
  • Graphic Design (Canva)
