Oncology Aesthetics & Wellness is a luxury medical hair loss and wellness company supporting women through cancer treatment, recovery, and restorative hair solutions. We are seeking a creative, organized, and brand-driven Social Media Content Creator to help grow the digital presence of Oncology Aesthetics & Wellness (OAW). This role will create engaging, elevated, and compassionate content that highlights patient transformations, medical wigs, hair restoration, wellness services, education, and behind-the-scenes brand storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Capture in-clinic content including patient journeys, wig transformations, wellness treatments, and team culture
  • Develop weekly content calendars and social media concepts aligned with the OAW brand
  • Write captions, hooks, and storytelling content that drives engagement and awareness
  • Stay current on trends, sounds, and viral content strategies while maintaining a luxury-medical aesthetic
  • Assist with brand campaigns, launches, events, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on marketing initiatives and growth strategies

Qualifications:

  • Experience creating social media content for beauty, wellness, healthcare, luxury, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong video editing and mobile content creation skills
  • Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to capture content with sensitivity and professionalism in a patient-centered environment
  • Creative eye for luxury branding, aesthetics, lighting, and storytelling
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Experience in beauty, medical aesthetics, hair, or oncology-related industries
    Photography and basic graphic design skills
