About This Course
This course, presented by the Alzheimer’s Association®, provides research-backed guidance on the importance of protecting cognitive function at every age. We gain practical strategies for integrating sustainable habits into their daily lives, grounded in the latest scientific findings and recommendations from the U.S. POINTER study. By focusing on actionable changes, we are empowered to take meaningful steps toward long-term neurological wellness. We are guided through the creation of a personalized action plan, identifying small but significant steps to improve diet, physical activity, and sleep quality. Beyond mere theory, we learn specific methods for overcoming common obstacles to ensure these behaviors become permanent routines.
