About this course:
In the ever-evolving world of publishing, book proposals are needed more than ever to sell nonfiction work. Whether you have written a complete memoir, outlined a book of creative nonfiction, or have an idea for a book on personal development, this course will help you to craft a winning angle for your project, draft most of a traditional book proposal, and articulate where your book fits into the market, guided by professional feedback and advice. Each writer completing the four-meeting course will come away with a captivating hook, the four primary parts of a proposal, a deeper understanding of publishing houses, editors and agents; a template for navigating the manuscript submission process; and connections to a broader writing community.Corporate Education
