Amir Hallajpour

Amir Hallajpour received his B. S. degree in Computer Engineering and M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. He has worked as software design architect and manager in the defense and commercial aerospace companies on projects including radar systems for the US Navy Aircraft Carriers and Unmanned vehicles to cockpit displays. He currently works at the Skyryse aviation company as lead software design engineer.

Amir started teaching at UCLA Extension in 2012. His classes are fully project based where students work on projects either individually or in teams. This method of teaching ensures students complete the coursework to gain the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to build a strong foundation and be able to apply their newly learned skills at their current jobs or future endeavors.
