A lifelong entrepreneur who developed a passion for EdTech, Mr. Huang's expertise translates to an immersive learning environment at both UCLA Extension and UCLA School of Engineering.
Dr. Bruce Huang is a Data Science and Digital Technology course instructor at UCLA Extension. Bruce has helped develop and implement the Data Science certificate program, and regularly teaches other courses in the area of Digital Technology for many audiences, including adult learners, undergraduates, and international students. In addition to his work with UCLA Extension, Bruce is a Professor of Engineering Entrepreneurship at the UCLA School of Engineering, where he also teaches courses in computer science. Bruce is a serial entrepreneur in technology and education – he founded his first entrepreneurial enterprise at the age of 14. He is an alumnus of University of Texas and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and continues to serve on the Education Council at MIT. His overall work encompasses his passion about higher education and its intersection with entrepreneurship.
