Jessica Frazier

Jessica Frazier has been in the real estate field for over 16 years and has spent majority of her career in Governmental real estate, Affordable Housing, commercial, and residential real estate. Jessica has been teaching Commercial Property Management, Introduction to International Real Estate Markets, and Retail Shopping Center Development at UCLA Extension for six years. Over her career she has helped government agencies create policies that focus on affordable housing solutions, and recently was involved in the Project Home Key initiative with the City of Los Angeles. In addition to this work Jessica also holds a real estate license and owns a boutique real estate firm with her mother and three younger sisters. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Redlands in Business Management with an emphasis in Organizational leadership.
