Karen Van Kummer

Karen Van Kummer’s experiences in project management spans over 14 years. Currently, she works as an independent, Senior Consultant for clients including The Walt Disney Company and the California African American Museum. The majority of her projects include large software implementations, mobile app development, business process improvement, infrastructure, event management, and organizational change management.

Karen is a doctoral candidate at Claremont Graduate University, majoring in Information Systems and Technology.  She holds an Executive Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.  Her professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Certified Change Manager.
