Mark Ruff
Mark Ruff has an extensive 3-decade career in real estate spanning various roles including financial analysis, project management, brokerage, development, teaching, and consulting. He began as a Financial Analyst in 1988, later working with Arthur Andersen's Real Estate Capital Markets Group. He then ventured into brokerage and property management before joining a large affordable housing firm where he handled acquisitions and investments. Mark has also engaged in consulting, teaching at USC and UCLA, and affiliations with realty companies like Keller Williams and eXp Realty of California. He holds degrees from USC and Woodbury University, and a Professional Designation in Construction Management from UCLA. Additionally, he has contributed to nonprofit organizations focused on housing rights and LGBTQ+ issues and participates in charity cycling events.
