Martin Marshall

founding member of Improvisation Incorporated, a San Francisco-based improv theater in San Francisco in the 1970s. He began his performing career in the 1960s at workshops of The Committee in San Francisco and Hollywood, as well as at Second City in Chicago. He has written and produced more than a dozen films for Silicon Valley, mostly with a comedic bent. He is also both a slam and traditional poet, having appeared in many Bay Area venues over the decades. He has taught 36 OLLI courses at 11 universities over the past eight years, all in the Contemporary Comedic Genius series.
