Michael helped create and grow a small management business into an expert property manager. Our Team is composed of long-term professionals with deep experience in all property and facilities management and commercial leasing. Our operating platform is based on our proprietary, Standard Operating Practice. Our core business is property & facilities management and leasing, sales and acquisitions. Our assignments have included: • Approx 100 retail centers (8,000 to 190,000 sf.) • Industrial parks including manufacturing facilities (650,000 sq. ft.)  • Over 7.0 million square feet of mid to high rise office • Over 10,000 multi-family units • The Walt Disney Company (diverse assets totaling approx 5.0 +/- million sf.)  • Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) Residential Acquisition Program at LAX (143+ acres in 580   properties and +/- 3,500 residents • LA DWP (Transmission line Right-of-Way Acquisitions; Property Management)

Michael serves State and Federal Courts as a Rents, Issues & Profits Receiver and Partition Referee. These immediate and temporary appointments caused us to develop an operating platform ideally suited to absorbing additional and diverse projects without increases in operating expenses or personnel, particularly when ordered by Judges to take over occupied properties within hours of the appointment. Therefore, unlike the usual industry practice, each TCRE Team Member is cross trained and equally expert in multiple product types: retail, office, industrial and multi-family.
