FF&E Procurement Coordinator - Destination Dossier

Destination Dossier is a content and creative studio for hospitality, lifestyle, and travel brands via visual and editorial storytelling, strategic partnerships and events, and take on a select number of residential clients for staging and interior design. We are looking to hire a recent interior design graduate or final year student as a freelance FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Procurement Coordinator to support us with a residential project from November through the end of January. 

The main responsibilities will include: coordinating moving furniture (we have some movers that we work with), and finishes, and liaising with our GC team onsite during installation to assist with quality inspection / checks. Candidate will not need to do any sourcing. Attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and background in interior design is preferred. Own car is necessary to help transport fixtures / smaller furniture items.
