Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Principal Designer with all phases of residential interior design projects, from concept development through installation.
  • Create mood boards, presentation materials, and presentation decks using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Layout.

  • Source furniture, lighting, finishes, plumbing fixtures, textiles, and accessories while maintaining organized specifications and procurement information.
  • Organize and maintain the studio sample library, including materials, textiles, finishes, and vendor resources.
  • Prepare and update project budgets, schedules, and spreadsheets, and maintain project trackers to ensure all open items are documented and progressing.
  • Coordinate sample pickups, showroom visits, workroom visits, and occasional site visits throughout the Los Angeles area.
  • Assist with studio organization, vendor communications, procurement support, and general administrative tasks to keep projects running efficiently.
