Marketing Intern - True Native Media

Brief Job Summary:

The Marketing Intern will support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives at True Native Media, a leading podcast representation agency. This role offers hands-on experience across content creation, social media, podcast production, and sales enablement, with exposure to both the creative and strategic sides of podcast advertising, while learning to use key marketing and podcast tools.

True Native Media is a podcast representation agency that connects brands with highly engaged audiences through host-read advertising. We partner with a curated roster of podcasts and help advertisers execute thoughtful, high-performing campaigns rooted in authenticity and trust.

Daily Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media, newsletters, and blog posts using tools like HubSpot and WordPress
• Support production and promotion of The Podcast Advertising Playbook, including episode prep, editing, and distribution via ART19 and Descript
• Help develop marketing and sales materials (one-sheets, case studies, presentations) using Canva and other internal tools
• Conduct research on industry trends, advertisers, and podcast opportunities
• Provide general support across marketing initiatives and special projects

Qualifications / Competencies:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in marketing, media, advertising, or podcasting
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with social media platforms and/or willingness to learn tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, and Descript
