Personal Injury Paralegal – Pre-Litigation & Litigation - Law Offices of Adrianos Facchetti, Accident & Injury Lawyers
Superstar Personal Injury Paralegal Wanted – Pre-Litigation & Litigation Role
You’re the one who keeps cases moving when others stall.
When deadlines loom, you’re the calm in the storm. When discovery is a mess, you’re the one who untangles it. You know PI inside and out, but instead of being recognized as a powerhouse, you’re drowning in mediocrity.
- Attorneys lean on you, but don’t give you direction.
- Coworkers miss deadlines, and you’re left fixing the damage.
- Clients don’t get the updates they deserve, unless you step in.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
At the Law Offices of Adrianos Facchetti, we’ve built something different.
- A team of A-players who actually care.
- A culture where your work is valued and rewarded.
- A place where you can grow and love what you do.
And now, we’re looking for a Superstar Paralegal to join us.
Why This Is the Best Career Move You’ll Ever Make:
Surrounded by Excellence – You’ll work with driven, competent professionals who raise your game.
Valued & Rewarded – Your contributions matter, and you’ll see it in recognition and bonuses.
Competitive Pay – $5,500 – $6,500/month depending on experience, PLUS performance-based bonuses.
Work-Life Balance That’s Real:
- 10 paid U.S. holidays
- 10 additional PTO days
- The entire week off between Christmas & New Year’s – fully paid
Room to Grow – Advancement opportunities if you’re ambitious.

Your Work Matters – You’ll help deliver justice, change lives, and be part of something meaningful.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities & Skills):
- Case Management: Handle 50+ active files across pre-litigation and litigation.
- Client Communication: Regular updates, reassurance, and clear explanations.
- Medical Records & Bills: Request, review, and summarize records; prepare specials spreadsheets.
- Demand Packages: Draft and assemble persuasive demand letters with supporting documentation.
- Discovery: Draft discovery requests/responses, prepare verifications, manage discovery deadlines.
- Court Filings & Service: E-file in state and federal court; manage service of process and proofs.
- Depositions & Hearings: Calendar dates, prepare exhibits, and coordinate with clients and experts.
- Trial Prep: Help assemble trial binders, witness lists, jury instructions, and verdict forms.
- Lien Negotiation Support: Track medical liens and communicate with providers when needed.

- Filevine Experience: Huge plus if you know it already, but you must learn it quickly if not.
Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate):
- At least 3 years of PI experience at a California law firm (pre-litigation & litigation).
- Fluent in English with impeccable grammar and confidence in all written/oral communication.
- Strong Legal Writing Skills – You can draft discovery, demands, and correspondence that command respect.
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Multiple deadlines, no problem.
- Proactive & Self-Sufficient – You don’t wait for direction; you make things happen.
- Calm Under Pressure – Litigation is stressful, but you stay steady and reliable.
- Client-Centered – You care about clients and treat them like people, not case numbers.
- Team Player – You want to win as a team, not just as an individual.
Who Shouldn’t Apply:
If you just want a paycheck and don’t care about the mission.
If you can’t handle feedback.
If you avoid responsibility or let deadlines slip.
If you’re sloppy with writing, grammar, or attention to detail.
