Volunteers - Shorty Impact Awards

The Shorty Impact Awards is seeking volunteers for the activities below during our annual event on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, from 4:00 - 10:00PM at The Belasco, 1050 South Hill Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015.

• GUEST CHECK-IN & REGISTRATION: Assist with welcoming guests, checking them in, and helping ensure a smooth and organized arrival experience.
• RED CARPET SUPPORT: Help manage red carpet flow, assist with guest interviews, and support the team in keeping this area running efficiently.
• SOCIAL CONTENT CAPTURE: Capture fun, high-energy behind-the-scenes and event moments on a phone for real-time social media content.
• STAGE HAND(S): Hand off trophies to winners on stage and escort winners to the interview area.
• STEP AND REPEAT PHOTOGRAPHER: Capture guest moments at the step and repeat. Must provide your own camera. Prior experience with photography (event preferred)
