Leadership & Problem Solving

Lecture, three hours; laboratory, four hours. Examination of role communications, values, and ethics play in effective leadership, including ethical decision making, consideration of others, transactional and transformational leadership, and survey of Army leadership doctrine. Emphasis on improving oral and written communication abilities and leadership development and assessment. P/NP or letter grading.
