Teri Sulc

Teri Sulc, B.A. in child development, M.A. in educational administration, began teaching adult education credential classes with UCLA Extension in 2010.  In 2012, she developed and began teaching the first online “Music and Movement in Early Childhood” class. Her varied teaching career includes 15 years of Parent Education and English as a Second Language classes with Los Angeles Unified School District. Since 2008, along with her husband, she owns and operates Gerard’s Guitars in Tarzana, a music store and teaching studio. Teri's father, a professional pianist, started her lessons on piano and guitar at the age of seven. Her pride and joy is working with child development students through her UCLA Extension classes helping them incorporate all the benefits of music into the curriculum for young children.
