Design & Sales Consultant:
We are seeking a highly driven, aesthetically refined Design & Sales Consultant to represent the LA Furniture brand. This is an integral, performance-driven position that combines expert showroom sales with proactive digital brand building.
You will be the face of LA Furniture and the LAMOD Collection, responsible for guiding clients through complex design decisions while simultaneously using your strong social media presence to generate awareness, engagement, and qualified sales leads. This role offers commission potential for a professional who is both a skilled closer and a compelling digital storyteller.
Key Responsibilities
- Showroom Sales & Design Consulting (70% Focus)
- Consultative Sales Mastery: Engage high-end customers in the showroom, providing comprehensive design consultations on scale, material selection, customization, and spatial planning.
- LAMod Champion: Deeply understand and expertly articulate the value, heritage, and craftsmanship of our premium LAMod Collection to drive high-value sales.
- Relationship Development: Proactively cultivate lasting relationships with clients, interior designers, and trade professionals, ensuring exceptional service that drives referrals and repeat business.
- Performance: Consistently meet and exceed individual and showroom revenue targets and key sales metrics in a fast-paced, high-commission environment.
- Operations: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry and quote generation to order placement and post-sale follow-up.
- Social Media & Digital Brand Building (30% Focus)
- Content Generation: Create and publish engaging, professional content (photos, videos, reels, stories) showcasing LA Furniture products, design trends, and showroom displays on platforms like Instagram and Pinterest.
- Lead Cultivation: Strategically use personal and company digital platforms to position yourself as a design expert, attracting and converting online followers into high-quality showroom appointments and sales.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a digital representative for the brand, maintaining a high level of professionalism, style, and design acumen across all online interactions.
- Reporting: Track and analyze digital performance to continually refine the social media strategy for maximum sales impact.
