Job Description:

Established and well-respected West Side residential design firm is seeking a part-time Interior Design Intern or Jr Designer to support our highly creative and collaborative professional designers with a myriad of responsibilities. The position is 3 days a week from 10am – 3pm (days & hours are flexible).

Duties include:

• Vendor communication, vendor site visits, ordering & returning samples, tracking of orders, organizing vendor information and samples in firm’s library
• Product research and online sourcing from reliable vendors
• Client meeting preparations, including assembling finish boards, mood boards, and presentation materials, project documentation. Client meeting follow up

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: A current student or graduate from an interior design program
• Skills: Creative, positive, and client centric. Strong attention to detail, excels in recall and communication, and organization
