Therapeutic Qigong

In this course, we explore the ancient power of Qi emission, adapted specifically for self-therapeutic application. We learn to identify blocked and turbulent energy in the body and remove or transform this unneeded energy that may be sourcing the physical challenge. We then use proven techniques to cultivate and direct healthy Qi back into the body to support long-term wellness. Other Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques are layered into this course as alchemical qigong methods to provide an array of self- healing techniques. Students must sign a waiver before participating.
