Winter Closure
In alignment with UCLA campus, UCLA Extension will observe a Winter holiday closure from Wednesday,
December 24, 2025, through Sunday, January 4, 2026, reopening on Monday, January 5, 2026. During this
period, UCLA Extension will have limited hours and services for students and the general public. However, online
enrollment will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week during this closure period.
During the closure, you may still contact UCLA Extension Enrollment Center staff who will be responding via
email during the limited days and hours. Student Advising staff will not be available. No in-person services will
be available. No services will be provided over the phone.
Enrollment
- Enrollment will be available online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Payment by phone will NOT be available during the winter closure.

Concurrent and Cross Enrollment (petition to enroll in UCLA regular session daytime courses)
- Students may apply for concurrent and cross enrollment at the UCLA Concurrent Enrollment page.
- Concurrent application period opens December 15, 2025. Submission deadline is January 23, 2026.

Fall Quarter Final Grades
- To view final grades, log into the Student Portal, select “My Enrollment History” from the left-side
navigation menu, then click the “Completed” tab. - Final grades may take up to 2-3 weeks to be posted after the last course meeting.
- Questions or concerns about a final grade should be sent directly to the course instructor via Canvas.
Transcripts and Records
- Unofficial and Official transcripts can be ordered here. Electronic transcripts are usually sent within 24
hours of the request. - Verification requests and record-related questions sent to studentrecords@uclaextension.edu will
receive a response in 3-5 business days.
