About this course:

Lecture, three hours; laboratory, four hours. Introduction to leadership development process used to evaluate military leadership performance. Examination of how to conduct individual and small unit training as well as introduction to basic principles of tactics. Emphasis on study of reasoning skills, troop leading procedures, and military orders process. P/NP or letter grading.
