As part of neuroscience of leadership, the most essential traits of human brain are analyzed so that leaders can understand how to best influence others. Next, the molecular and hormonal impacts on leadership are examined followed by the “brain game.” The “brain game” delves into the mysteries of perception, habits and the art of decision making.
Our perception colors how we see the world. Every major scientific breakthrough, social revolution or corporate phenomenon has begun with a change in perception and the power of paradigm shift. To be a visionary leader, you need to tap into this hidden power.
