Adam Fischbach

senior director of Product Design at a global advertising agency, with over two decades of experience in the industry. Mr. Fischbach started his digital career in the early days of the internet, just before the dot com bubble and burst, and today leverages a design thinking and human-centric approach to design and problem solving.

With a strong background in service design, interaction design, user experience (UX), and customer experience (CX), Adam has a diverse skill set that allows him to create holistic and engaging products and experiences. In addition to designing for 2D and screen-based experiences, Adam is passionate about designing for the next phase of the internet, namely in spatial web computing and immersive environments. Adam is committed to exploring and defining the future of design process in immersive environments through the incorporation of emerging technologies like extended reality (AR/VR/MR) and Web3 (blockchain).

For the past 10 years Adam has been leading product design and UX teams at top-tier agencies and consultancies, with a diverse range of industry experience including: automotive, media/entertainment, healthcare, financial services, consumer packaged goods, and retail. Some of the brands Adam has worked with recently include Honda, Volkswagen, Ferrari, Microsoft, DirecTV, ESPN, Netflix, Red Bull, UBS, TransAmerica, Nestlé, and Walmart.

Adam has consistently proven his ability to lead cross-functional teams and produce top-quality work throughout his career. Adam holds an undergraduate degree from UCLA in Media Design and a graduate degree from Art Center College of Design in the Graduate Media Design Program. As a Senior Director of Product Design, Adam not only excels in his work but also serves as a mentor and teacher to students at UCLAx, helping to cultivate the next generation of great UX professionals.
