Jessica Marino

MA in History, CSUN; adjunct history professor at Santa Monica College and Moorpark College. Her areas of historical interest include: colonial America, early U.S. history, Atlantic World, intellectual history, popular culture in American history, Borderlands, and Latin American history. She is currently working on a manuscript that focuses on the discourses created by American travel writers on the eve of the U.S.-Mexico War.
