Mark Frohnauer

Mark’s professional background consists of 30 years of experience in the banking, finance, real estate, healthcare and other industries as a chief financial officer, controller, chief credit officer and underwriter.

Mark’s teaching background consists of 20+ years of instructing others in finance and accounting, including being an instructor for UCLA Extension and chief credit training officer for a local bank.  As a banker, Mark design and taught a comprehensive credit curriculum including finance, accounting and business law courses.

Mark’s license and academic background include holding a CPA license for 30+ years, receiving a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1976 from California State University, Long Beach as the Wall Street Journal “Outstanding Business School Graduate” and a summa cum laude designation, and graduating the from Executive MBA Program at the University of Southern California in June of 1997 with a Beta Gamma Sigma honor society designation.
