Nadia Hewett is a Project Lead at the World Economic Forum for Blockchain and Digital Currency projects. She is based in San Francisco where the Forum focuses on Fourth Industrial Revolution Technologies like blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, internet of things, autonomous driving and others. The Forum and her team’s mission is to maximize the benefits of science and technology for society through a global hub of expertise, knowledge-sharing and collaboration and her projects convene broad multi-stakeholder communities and experts to ensure best practices are embedded in blockchain deployments. In 2020, her team at the forum published the Redesigning Trust: Blockchain Deployment Toolkit, the gold standard in blockchain deployment.

She also has an extensive background in supply chain and logistics, having worked with Maersk for more than a decade on major supply chain initiatives across Asia, Americas, Europe and Africa. She holds an MBA with Kellogg School of Management and a BA  at Stellenbosch University, South Africa.
