Peter Lauer

writer and director who has worked in television since the 1980’s. He’s directed episodes on over 80 tv series. He’s worked in many styles, from the multi-camera sitcom, Grounded for Life, to dramadies, Gilmore Girls, to genre-blenders such as Reaper, Pushing Daisies, and Chuck, to mockumentary-style shows such as Arrested Development and Brooklyn 99, and the 15-minute Adult Swim format with Eagleheart and a pilot Sperm Boat, as well as many commercials and music videos. In recent years, he’s directed New York series, like Odd Mom Out, The Jim Gaffigan Show, Forever, Younger, and most recently a new series called UnCoupled for Darren Star. Peter is currently returning to direct on the third season of the popular series Emily in Paris.
