Susan C. Kim

Susan Kim has a M.S. in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from USC and is a registered dietitian-nutritionist. She is currently a clinical dietitian at Keck Hospital of USC Abdominal Organ Transplant Program overseeing nutrition for kidney transplant recipients and donors. She is also a contributor to the Keck Wellness newsletter. She is especially interested in aging and longevity and has worked at the laboratory of a world-renowned aging researcher with a focus on nutrition and how it affects aging. Recently, she conducted nutrition research at USC on dietary patterns across different ethnic groups and the relationship to chronic diseases. Other interests include preventative health and wellness, therapeutic fasting, and longevity diets from around the world or Blue Zones.
