TiaMarie Harrison

TiaMarie Harrison has her B.A. in Psychology, M.S. in Early Childhood Education and Special Education, along with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. Mrs. Harrison began her career working with children diagnosed on the autism spectrum and found the strategies implemented benefited all children and families. As the co-founder of the New York Metro Chapter of the National Autism Association, she discovered her place within the field of education. Throughout her career of over 20 years, Mrs. Harrison’s teaching focuses on empowering children, supporting educators, and teaching adult learners to reflect on themselves for professional and personal growth. She is the author of The Brain’s Playground and recipient of the UCLA Extension Outstanding Instructor Award, Spring 2022.
