About this course:

This is a slow meditative course, intended for those with little or no yoga experience, or those with physical limitations. In this course, we practice breathing techniques, chair yoga, and gentle vinyasa yoga, in which participants perform flowing asanas on the mat, enhancing flexibility and strength. We end with a deeply restorative Savasana, accompanied by the tranquil sounds of a sound bath, facilitating a profound sense of relaxation and wellbeing. One lucky participant will receive a yoga goodies hamper valued at over $200 to continue their yoga practice at home. This course is intended for those looking to find balance and peace through an integrated approach to wellness, welcoming participants of all ages, body types and abilities. Students must sign a waiver before participation.
