Leadership Mastery Program

This highly inspirational course is grounded in the philosophy of self- acceptance, self-referral and realization of one’s power within. The course delivers an entirely new concept and view of life and being, and new paradigm to the exciting possibilities of leadership which emanates from the realization of one’s true nature—a true transformation and evolutionary experience. This course will be a blend of interactive lectures, discussions, group activities, and self-reflection exercises. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from the instructor, each other, and real-world case studies..

This course takes a theoretical understanding of leadership effectiveness to a practical level, translating the concept of Self-Mastery into a way of living that is happy 88% of the time. Participants will be asked to call their own BS… Belief Systems that are keeping them from being happy and successful leaders. For example, participants will be asked to answer questions like, ‘Do I suffer from the Dis-Ease of Perfectionism? Are my positive intentions resulting in negative impacts? Is my intent to be good leader and motivator actually having an impact as such? What are my core belief systems that are keeping me from being an effective leader? Are my automatic patterns developed as a coping mechanism to avoid pain resulting in sabotage? What are key value-added leadership behaviors in communication, conflict resolution, team-building and how effective am I? Am I leading from a place of insecurity and fear or from a deep sense of ok-ness with self first and then others.

Learning Outcomes:

• Increase your understanding of who you are at the core of who you are, to balance out the voices that tell you that you are only as good as your last win, that keep you on that hamster wheel of “I’ll be happy when…”
• Identify for removal, conscious and unconscious blocks from your past that are keeping you from being happy, successful and the best leader you can be
• Create personal habits and #blissiplines that will keep you from suffering the chronic Dis-Ease of Perfectionism and grow the balanced centered one of a kind wonderful unique being that you are.
• Learn how to self-assess your own effectiveness by understanding the link between Intent and Impact, preferred communications and problem solving styles.

Leaders who are “brain savvy” are more effective leaders. As part of neuroscience of leadership, the most essential traits of human brain are analyzed so that leaders can understand how to best influence others. Next, the molecular and hormonal impacts on leadership are examined followed by the “brain game.” The “brain game” delves into the mysteries of perception, habits and the art of decision making.
