It also covers how to communicate during meetings with colleagues and clients. Topics include understanding your objective; selecting the appropriate tone for the audience; preparation, including knowledge acquisition, time management, and validation of information; selecting supporting materials; handling questions; post presentation communication; and self-assessment.
